Today’s strip is about cookies. Or rather cookie ramifications. When I learned of the existence of Mega Stuf Oreo cookies (which have quadruple the normal amount of stuf) I was simultaneously intrigued and repulsed. I’m pretty sure the filling is mostly just lard and sugar. Yum.

Of course the first action one does with such a thing is make an octuple stuf Oreo. The compulsion is overwhelming. Almost as if… the choice was not really yours to make.

Is it possible that mind control techniques were perfected and are now used to sell unhealthy confectioneries? I think the answer is obviously yes.

But then, why cookies? I think that question is certainly the more distressing one. What is it about cookies we aren’t understanding that would outweigh other uses for mind control? The implications are frightening.
